Vessel Concierge and Management

Tailored specifically to your individual needs, the Vessel Management service has been designed to encompass all aspects of your vessel’s administration, management and operation.

Supporting your entire boating journey, this comprehensive service can incorporate a broad range of elements including:

  • the initial specification, order, delivery and kit-out of your vessel

  • administering the vessel's licencing, registration and insurance

  • managing the vessel's maintenance, valeting, victualing and refueling

  • operating the vessel safely with an experienced and qualified skipper or crew, passage planning, maximising marina opening times and tuition and guidance

This "turn-key" solution ensures you are entirely free to focus on enjoying the freedom and flexibility boat ownership affords.

Skipper/Master

If you would you prefer to sit back, relax and watch the world go by whilst someone else takes the helm, Seascape can provide a fully qualified and independently insured skipper for your vessel.  Taking responsibility for piloting the vessel and any passage and pilotage plans, having a skipper onboard will enable you to purely focus on enjoying being out on the water.  This can be on a trip-by-trip basis or, should you prefer, under a more formal bespoke contract giving you reassurance that you have a skipper available when you require one.

Please note that the duty of the Skipper is to plan the navigation routes according to the desire of the client, to navigate on these routes and to ensure the safety and care of the vessel and its passengers at all times.

Crew/Deckhand

If you require an extra pair of hands to assist with sharing the load or additional crew onboard “just in case”, Seascape can provide an experienced and qualified crewmember.  The crewmember will be as hands-on as you need them to be and will be there to support you in any manner you need.  As with the skippering, this can be on a trip-by-trip basis or, should you prefer, under a more formal bespoke contract giving you reassurance that you have crew available when required.

Own Boat Tuition/Guidance

If you are new to boating or perhaps just a bit out of practice or lacking in confidence, Seascape can provide you with the tuition and guidance to help you safely get the most out of your vessel.  This can range from the best way to get off and onto your mooring to plotting courses and waypoints into your chart plotter and navigating through the best of the Channel Island waters.

Gardiennage

There is no denying purchasing a vessel is a large financial commitment and Seascape puts a great deal of emphasis on the adage “look after your vessel and she’ll look after you”.  Ensuring your vessel is cared for is essential and in this fast-paced world where time is at a premium, why not utilise Seascape to keep your vessel in top condition with its regular valeting and basic maintenance services.  Should the tides not fit in with your schedule, Seascape can also keep the vessel fuelled and moved out of its marina ready for you to take to sea.

Hospitality

One of the joys of boating is sharing the experience with others and for those special occasions, Seascape can assist with providing full hospitality services.  Alongside boating, Dale also has a real passion for food and wine and when not furthering his marine studies, he is busy studying for professional qualifications in wine with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.  Just imagine hosting a wine tasting with a unique menu on your own boat whilst watching the sun setting…

Brokerage

If you need a hand ensuring you choose the best and most suitable boat for your needs, Seascape can provide guidance to help you make the right decision.  Entirely independent and not affiliated to any broker or marque, Seascape will provide unbiased and impartial advice throughout the sourcing and procuring process.  Should the boat be acquired from outside of the Channel Islands, Seascape can also provide delivery services and support.
