Insurance

For your peace of mind and confidence, Dale maintains comprehensive insurance for the commercial operation of vessels owned by third parties via a “Skipper Third Party Liability Insurance” policy.  This policy is provided by Pantaenius UK Limited, a leading marine insurance provider authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.  The sums insured are below and further details can be provided on request.

 

Combined single limit for personal injury and property damage – £10,000,000

Maximum sum of indemnity for personal injury per person – £3,000,000

 

In addition to this specific "Skipper" insurance policy, Dale also maintains a comprehensive "Marine Trader" policy ensuring full cover when working in a marine services environment.

Please be aware that should you employ Seascape’s bespoke vessel management, skipper/master or own boat tuition services, it is a requirement for you to ensure that Dale is added or noted to/on the policy and subsequently covered accordingly.  Please note that confirmation of this will need to be provided before the commencement of any services.
